Key job responsibilities include: Direct report to the DirectorDevelop and implement an effective risk and compliance programEvaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance riskEnsure that company operations and business transactions follow all relevant risk and compliance rulesFamiliar with risk management and industry's license standardsAchieves corporate compliance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.Meets corporate risk and compliance objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.Represents the organization's interests by lobbying regulatory from governmentSupports company positions by developing company responses and defences to complaints, investigations, and administrative proceedings.Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in law, or a related field discipline from reputable universityProven experience as a risk and complianceStrong experiences in risk and compliance in industrial estateHave good risk management and compliance knowledge, with previous experience in industrial estateStrong communicator, both written and verbally, with the ability to engage and influence across the businessFamiliarity with industry practices and professional standardsExcellent communication skillsIntegrity and professional ethicsGood a teamwork skills and attention to detailProfessional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is a plus
