This position DIRECTOR FINANCE – INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS is responsible for sourcing, securing capital (loan) for Project Financing. Managing fundraising and lender relations to ensure the company has adequate financial resources to support and project financing. Also responsible for developing and implementing effective financial strategies and internal controls that align with the company’s overall goals and objective. SCOPE OF WORK The DIRECTOR FINANCE – INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS main roles are: Successful delivery of financial closure by sourcing and securing capital (loan) for project financing. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including lenders, financial advisors, consultants, tax advisors, auditors, and legal advisors to advice on optimal project structuring while managing financial and regulatory risks. Support the origination, development, due diligence, approval, and implementation of project financing. Provide options and advice on financing models and vehicles suitable for infrastructure projects given their complex and multifaceted projects (project financing). Engage potential financiers and stakeholders throughout the project development life-cycle to enhance visibility and attractiveness of the project financing. Prepare initial project financing proposal for projects that could be suitable for the company, appointment of transaction advisors to assist in the project preparation feasibility study, ensuring the study is of adequate quality for review. Set up systems and procedures for financial management of the project financing. Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objective. Collaborate with other executives to develop and implement the company’s overall business strategy and ensure financial sustainability. Contributing to the development of long-term strategic plans for project financing development, including financial models and projections. SELECTION CRITERIA: Qualified Chartered Accountant or a CPA  with 15 years of  demonstrated experience in managing Project Financing related to infrastructure projects. An MBA degree as additional qualification is a plus. Hands-on experience of developing complex Financial Models to support Project Financing. Well versed in IFRS and implications of applicable accounting standards on project structuring, capital allocation and treatment of Capex/ Opex in a business plan. Have experience in project finance at senior level.  Demonstrated experience of dealing with banks, treasury function, cash flow forecasting, debt raising, forex risk and mitigation strategies.  Experience of working within a tier-1 ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics etc) environment is a plus.  Big 4 background preferred. Healthcare related infrastructure background preferred. Knowledge and experience of working within Indonesian market is essential.   Strong business acumen and financial acuity, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.
