We are looking for talents that would like to join this exciting journey with us.Our Regional Ice Cream Finance team is looking for someone as senior analyst, accountable for performance management of the SEAI Supply Chain Cost, including deliverables of SC Net productivity, F4G and capital expenditure. This role will act as a “glue” for supply chain division and business, through giving the visibility of cost performance, framing business hotspot from data analysis, tracking deliverables of 5S savings and monitoring key SC investment. All of these will improve strategic decision making and eventually, accretive gross margin and cash results.If you are someone having passion to drive supply chain financial business, then we would love to hear from you!What can you expect from the role? Assisting SC Finance Manager on Gross Margin and F4G Target SettingOrganizing Cluster Finance Connect with Country, including challenging country on key variance against forecast and prior year for all supply chain buckets.Responsible for delivery of Monthly Performance Packs for Global Supply Chain Leadership, analyzing from result, plan and commentary from country submission and summarizing key forecast movement and mitigation plan.Responsible for delivery of Monthly Business Result for Global Ice Cream CFO.Getting clarity of Gross Margin Variance Analysis commentary and ensure consistency across reporting & approach, including Ifinance submission vs Cluster Finance commentary (Big Cycle Forecasting) and full alignment with country on calculated GMVA in the small cycle forecastingMonthly gross margin forecast bias monitoring.Responsible for delivery of Monthly F4G Report, including for 5S,NRM and ZBB, including:F4G Funnel Update, Gap to Target reviews, and highlighting key lever changeResponsible for monthly submission of SEA Material Waste & SC Overhead Savings to BGResponsible for big bets Performance Packs including:Net Material Inflation : reporting NMI cost breakup with accountability for each cost bucket. Commentary of forecast and prior year, gap to target reviews and highlighting key lever change.Production Cost : reporting production cost breakup. Commentary of forecast and prior year, gap to target reviews and highlighting key lever change.Business Partnering with Regional Procurement on NMIBusiness Partnering with SUDs on production cost Monthly capex monitoring against target (Marlin vs Target, Marlin vs Ifinance)Quartely update of Asset Return on Invested CapitalOrganize Monthly Capital Board ForumDoes this sound like you?
