Job Purpose Provide Implementation, Training & ongoing Support to customers in Bali & SEA region   Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities of the Consultant include (but aren’t limited to) the following:   Expand TableCheck presence in Bali by identifying prospects and converting them into long-term customers. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Develop and manage all client onboarding activities from project kick-off, training, configuration, data migration and “System Live” Partner with Team Lead and Sales Representatives to support customers toward product adoption Design and deliver product trainings to clients and enable them to utilize TableCheck’s features fully & rapidly based on the client’s needs Be an expert on product features and keep abreast of new feature launches and update team members Prepare User Guides & Manuals whenever needed Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts with a focus on customer retention & improving customer satisfaction Conduct regular feedback sessions with clients Provide onsite & remote support to clients to solve issues in timely manner Liaise with Global teams to ensure brand consistency Working Hours Weekdays 10:00 - 19:00 Qualifications/ Requirements Citizen of Indonesia Availability to travel within Bali and SEA region when required Proven work experience of 3-5 years as a Product/ Operations/ Support Consultant at a similar SAAS company or in Hotel/ Restaurant operations Prior working knowledge of global or local POS systems, and/ or knowledge of SAAS products in Hospitality sector is a plus Willingness and ability to constantly learn & train others Expand TableCheck presence in Jakarta by identifying prospects and converting them into long-term customers. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Develop and manage all client onboarding activities from project kick-off, training,configuration, data migration and “System Live” Solid customer service attitude Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, and/or another European language is a plus.
