Project Coordinator - Indonesia Office (Prefer Indonesian Chinese)

The Project Coordinator (preferably Indonesian Chinese)  would be responsible for supporting and coordinating various aspects of projects within an organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring effective communication, and assisting in the successful completion of projects. The Project Coordinator may have diverse responsibilities depending on the specific project and organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in developing project plans, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure timely execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Support project managers in the execution of project tasks. 2. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders. Prepare project status reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and conferences, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation. Maintain regular communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about project updates. 3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and related records. Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist in preparing project evaluation reports, lessons learned, and best practices. 4. Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Assist in budget tracking and cost control activities. Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to ensure timely delivery of project-related supplies and services. 5. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and best practices. Conduct quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Requirement - Qualifications and Skills & Working Experience: Preferably can speak, write and read in Mandarin - need to communicate with Chinese partners and handling Mandarin Documents Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of work experience Working experience in the education industry (Preferred)* Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong time management and planning skills Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
