Focus is on sophisticated tasks requiring highly skilled and independent judgement, while supporting the overall team.ResponsibilitiesFacility / Infrastructure MaintenancePerforms preventative and corrective maintenance on-site to critical facility systemsPerforms maintenance repairs, corrective maintenance, and complex installationsResolves advanced incidents and develops new procedures and techniques to support the overall teamMonitors the Building Monitoring System (BMS) and resolves alarms for complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolveLeads and coordinates critical infrastructure operationsImplements energy efficiency measures and identifies areas of opportunitiesInspects operation and maintenance of plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety systemsConsistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.
