Description :SabiKerja is a curated headhunter agency based in Jakarta that is well-known as a one-stop talent solution in which we connect curated quality talent with the institution or company that partners with us.We represent our client, which is an IT solution provider with competencies in IT infrastructure, application development, and IT security.Key Responsibilities :Designing and deploying Servers and Storage, including: Requirement gathering, Solution architecting, Capacity planning, and Integration designing.Install and configure server and storage productsOS Installation: OS Installation for ESXi, Windows Server and RHEL; Patching; and Hostname configuration.System Management for Server and Storage (Dell OME, SCG, iCloud, SRM, etc.): Topology design, Installation, Configuration and Discovery, and Troubleshooting.Hardware testing and verification: Capture equipment statistic and configuration report, Perform network verification tests (ping, traceroute), Perform storage verification test (SAN Health), Test basic product failover capability (PSU), Verify configuration align with the design, Perform initial health check, and Project documentation.Transfer knowledge for daily operation & maintenancePerform Corrective Maintenance: 24 x 7 support (on shift basis), Data and Log collection and analysis, Troubleshooting, Escalating to level-2 support, Applying proposed solution, and Documentation and reporting on each incident.Perform Preventive Maintenance: Data and Log collection and analysis, System health checking, Applying or upgrading necessary Firmware or OS Patch, Recommendation to prevent potential hardware failures or other hardware issues, and Documentation and reporting on each Preventive Maintenance activity.Willing to travel and work outside Jabodetabek region, i.e: SurabayaRequirements :Proven working experience in Intel-based Servers and Storage design, deployment, and maintenance for at least 2 yearsKnowledge and experience in designing and solutions for Enterprise Server and Storage, especially Dell Server and Storage productsKnowledge and hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and part replacing for Intel-based Servers and Storage products, especially Dell Server and Storage products.Knowledge and experience on hardware components and hardware troubleshooting proceduresHardware and OS troubleshooting prowess. Ability to critically analyze a symptom, diagnose a fault, plan and take appropriate action on equipment including Server, Storage, and Network devicesNetworking knowledge including being familiar with the TCP/IP v4 and v6 protocol, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, and ICMP as well as the ability to crimp CAT5eKnowledge of Block, Object, and File Storage is a mustKnowledge and experiences in Windows Server 2016 or later is requiredKnowledge and experiences in VMWare ESXi and VCenter is requiredKnowledge and experience in system monitoring tools, especially Dell OME, SCG, iCLoud, SRM, etc. is requiredKnowledge and experiences in Backup Management Tools is requiredExcellent verbal and written communication, including creating an activity report for Server installation or maintenanceAny certifications on Dell Server and Storage products are advantagesKnowledge on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x or later is an advantage
