The full-time position is for our corporate travel department operating under , one of the biggest TMCs in the world. You will work on meeting and exceeding our aggressive overseas business targets.In this Role, youll get toResponsible for managing all operational commercial activities and solutions including: contract document management, contract performance management, contract change management, contract growth/scope management, sub-contractor /partner contract management, supplier standard T&Cs, customer/subcontractor/supplier contract negotiationsLead strategic account development plans thereby maximizing development and growth opportunitiesDevelop and implement the sales and market strategies to increase existing business and market share in consultation with the Sales Managers or other team members of respective airlinesResponsible for making commercial contracts, agreements, and activities within the Aviation IndustryMonitor and analyze individual airline sales figures and trends, investigate reasons for changes and disseminate information to all stakeholders making recommendations and ensuring corrective actionsDevelop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practices. Set up sales call plans, daily, weekly & monthly reporting mechanisms and ensure that the appropriate selling skills are suitably employedDetermine the growth opportunities to ensure effective sales and market coverage.What you'll Need to SucceedFamiliar with GDS Solid airline industry knowledge, corporate travel preferred Entrepreneurial mindset and able to work independentlyAt least 3 years of working experience in the airline or OTA/TMC industry Native Indonesian speaker with excellent executive-level presentation and cross-functional communication skills in EnglishBachelors degree or aboveWillingness to travel Why We offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
