One of our clients from Singapore in the Robotics industry is currently looking for a Software Sales Engineer to help drive revenue with new and established accounts, revising sales & BD strategy and translating leads to revenue across Southeast Asia. About our Client: Our client is a start up company based in Singapore that specializes in robot deployment for both hardware companies and end users. Their  mission is to cut down on deployment time and cost, enabling you to get your robots up and running quickly, efficiently, and with minimal training.  Job Responsibilities: Assess and understand prospects’ and client needs and requirements. Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products to customers. Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers. Assisting prospects to install trial software. Collaborating with team members to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. Working with Marketing to work on lead generation and lead qualification. Following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging for client onboarding. Working with tech team on product modification to meet customers' technical requirements and needs. Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and hardware. Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers. Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management Job Requirements: Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies. Strong sales and account management track record in B2B software sales (SaaS platform) Hungry to achieve sales targets. Strong collaboration spirit and communication skills. Working knowledge of Mandarin is essential as we liaise a lot with Chinese-speaking customers and vendors over Wechat/LINE and in-person during regional trade shows. Minimum 1-year prior technical experience in the field of mobile Robotics or ROS. Experience working in a startup environment would be a big plus Powered by JazzHR
