This includes developing a thorough understanding of the Client’s requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the solution to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets/exceeds functional requirements. This position builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to the adoption of the best solution. Specifically, this role guides teams that will successfully deliver the project. #LI-GMYour Role:This role will define the Technical Architectures, that enable and release the maximum business value of Salesforce technology for our clientsResponsible for ensuring solutions align with the Roadmap and Blueprints for each impacted domainWork with clients to shape technical architecture and define and scope projects to address specific needsEvaluate trade-offs with technology and feasibility and make choices that fit the constraints of the projectOwn implementation tasks from initial planning and requirements analysis, through design, development, testing, and deployment.Support the development team in executing technical design and customizing the platform, including AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, data extensions, advanced triggers, interactions, and automationDevelop technical documentation (HLD, LLD), gap analysis between current state and desired future stateCommunicate concepts, architectures, solution approach options, and evaluations through effective diagrams and written materialsSolutioning and effort estimation for requirementsDefining delivery approach, plan, and staffingDefine master data management, data migration & data integration strategiesLeading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce.com and other CRM implementation engagementsManaging resource requirements and project team membersLeading business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirementsComplete fit gap analysis of functional requirements against Salesforce.com features and functionalityMaintaining and coordinating communication with the customer throughout each projectDisseminating best practices on solution positioning and deliverySupporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal developmentKey RequirementsMinimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Salesforce delivery management, businessanalysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle enterprise CRM engagementsAt least 3 years of experience in a consulting environmentExtensive solution definition experience including evident experience and knowledge of –CRM System and Solution Architecture design (functional & technical),Design Thinking with emphasis on Customer Journey Mapping and Service BlueprintsApplication and Integration PatternsRelevant certifications, ideally in Salesforce, CloudSense or Architect certifiedAbility to engage with senior clients in a business-centric, business outcome-oriented dialogueAbility to articulate the relevant platform value propositionCustomer-oriented and great at building client relationshipsDesire to work in a dynamic work environment and be creative within a teamProven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentDesire to work in an information systems environmentExcellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills, interpersonal skills, andmanagement skillsYou will also have opportunities to hone your functional skills and expertise in an area of specialization.
