Job Description : Greeting and welcoming patients with sincerity. Scheduling appointments using our designated software. Ensure the client’s appointment goes smoothly and efficiently by working with the appropriate service(s) and keeping the client informed. Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information. Informing the veterinarian on a call of any emergencies that require urgent attention. Coordinate with Customer chat in issuing invoices for treatment and prescribed medication after each consultation. Receiving and verifying payments after each consultation. Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision. Complete accurate documentation of patient visits. Educate owners and the public about services by describing in detail the different services, procedures, and technology that are available.  Job Responsibilities : Highs school diploma or equivalent. Previous front desk/administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting. Familiarity with medical billing software is advantageous. Intermediate computer proficiency. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Personable, empathic disposition. Capacity to work well during distressing situations.
