Your TaskUnderstanding history of demand drivers, activity or supply shortage situation and documented for future references Understanding gap of latest statistical forecast vs budget number and define demand driver needs such as Marketing campaign, Trade promotion, Customer stock level, NPD, customer operation improvement and what the impact to statistical forecast to eliminate the gap together with commercial team (Brand, TM, Finance, Sales, KAM) Co-Lead Demand Planning meeting to get agreement with commercial team for consensus demand by Channel (GT, MTDB, MTDS) Coordination with Supply Planning, Customer Service and Sales Team on ensuring smooth transition for NPD Create Continues improvement for forecast accuracy improvement every month together with commercial and supply team Understanding Arkieva Demand Planning system business process. Validate all data external input to Arkieva Demand Planning system in order to produce statistical forecasting for every SKU, Plan Customer and RDC Review together with Demand Planner on continues improvement for Arkieva Demand Planning system with Arkieva consultant, BUAP and RSO Review Operational Forecast based on actual sales & orders every SKU and RDC and validate adjustment on short term operational forecast. Receive and review revised budgets, targets, new products launch, promotional events & demand plans from all available sources. Arrange S&OP cycle meeting schedule and prepare S&OP Data Assisting Facilitator & Meeting Owner to run the Sales and Operations Planning monthly cycle meetings (Pre-Demand, Demand Planning Review, Supply Review, Financial Review and Executive Review). Coordination with Demand Planning Manager, Supply Planning Manager and Management Team to have understanding all risks & opportunity and agreeing gap fill actions by proposing scenario to be presented in Integrated Reconciliation Meeting and Executive S&OP meeting Collaborating with other function for continues improvement plan in S&OP Improvement Project to make meeting more productive. Your Profile Minimal bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain management. Minimal 3 years’ experience in the related position or 10 years total experience in similar industries (FMCG Company will be preferably). Experience in progressively responsible positions, demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, is highly valued. Proficiency in demand forecasting methodologies, statistical analysis, and SAP & Arkieva. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate demand forecasts, inventory plans, and supply chain strategies to internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
