If you share our passion in helping people to pursue their dreams through education and thrive in an innovative agile digital culture then come and join us as we undergo our digital revolutionPOSITION PURPOSEFinance Officer will be responsible for payments, tax calculation and month end close process for IDP Indonesia.The role will also be tasked with involvement in process improvement.The role works closely with Finance Manager (FM), Office Managers and Finance Shared Services (FSS) to fulfil duties.This position will be 5 months contract for maternity leave. Responsibilities:Account Payable: Checking all of invoices coming and liaise with vendor for all supporting document, missing tax invoice, incorrect calculation etc.Calculate invoice taxable amount, checking Tax ID number before processing AP.Checking payment details in the system.Provide payment summary and upload in bank system on time to meet AP deadline.Filing AP documentations, all receipts.Monthly Closing: Provide bank reconciliation.Provide expense accrual.Liaise with Shared Service (India) to response any query related to vendor.Office Management: Assist Visa Dept/Office Manager in order to give confirmation incoming visa amount reach to bank account.Handling Petty Cash.Tax: Distribute Tax Deduction Evidence to VendorPrepare list of withholding taxRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;Have experience more than 2 Years.Consistent performer with a minimal error rate and the ability to operate proactively with minimal supervision. Customer service attitude and an excellent team player – willing to support others to achieve wider team and company goals. Strong English communication (verbal and written) skills to interact effectively with global colleagues. Very high resilience and Adaptability to change / and work in a constantly changing environment. Able to overcome challenges to perform effectively.Strong Microsoft Excel skillsDesire to exceed expectations and provide valuable analytical insight.
