We continually pioneer integrated power and propulsion solutions to deliver cleaner, safer and more competitive power.Key Accountabilities:Business Operation: Management and supervision of Service Operation activities in Field Service and Workshop locations, meeting given KPIs, ensure deliverables are fully met and appropriately executed.Leadership: Lead and inspire the team to achieve department goals and company objectives. Ensure the team has the required capabilities/skills to successfully perform within their areas. Performance management for skill gaps identification, individual developments, etc. Implementation of continuous improvement mindset for skills and processes.QHSE + Integrity & Compliance: Ensure all activities are in accordance to Company & Corporate Policies, Code of Conduct, ISO standards, Quality Management System, Compliance and HSE. Continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Support of internal and external audits.Customer Support @ Local Service Desk: Coordination of technical support and advice to customers as required, including ticket management (corrective + preventive) in CRM/SAP systems. Coordination and alignment with Service Sales department for preventive maintenance tickets. Communication and alignment with Key Customers and Service Partners at Management level.Strategy: Continuous business strategy development and execution of business plan. Building creative Service strategies that align with the attainment of the overall company objectives, meeting and exceeding these goals with strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitable growth.Expense Management: Plan, maintain and monitor OPEX/CAPEX, using available budgets effectively and efficiently according to department requirements. Annual & mid-term planning for tooling and asset management.Reporting: Prepare and submit reports based on assignment. Supporting of internal + external audits.Continuous Improvement: Development and continuous improvement of processes (KAIZEN) and employee skills. Identify training needs to support evolution of products and solutions portfolio.Collaboration: Cooperation with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes, customer support and strategy.Branch Manager: Legal representative of Rolls Royce Solutions to local Authorities in Balikpapan.
