Working within our function departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses.Job Description : Menerima, merekap dan merekam seluruh keluhan dan informasi dari pelanggan Menjalankan program-program Customer Care yang ada Membina hubungan baik kantor pusat dan pelanggan Melakukan input kedalam sistem untuk seluruh keluhan, enquiry dan informasi dari pelanggan yang diterima melalui Call Center dan mendistribusikannya keseluruh cabang Memastikan bahwa semua keluhan ditangani sesuai dengan SOP Secara aktif memberikan informasi ke Departemen terkait sehubungan dengan kepuasan pelanggan Requirements Minimal D3 Semua Jurusan Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan bahasa Inggris yang Baik Disukai memiliki pengalaman telemarketing / call center / customer care minimal 1 tahun Bersedia penempatan di Cilandak, Jakarta Benefits Gaji pokok BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan
