Description About the PositionWe have an exciting opportunity available for a Culinary Sauces Marketing Lead Continental Europe to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! The position lies within the Commercial Continental Europe (CE) HQ with its office located in Amsterdam, and is reporting into the Head of Portfolio Strategy and Innovation CE.The delivery of portfolio strategy and innovation roadmap in Sauces category will be your primary responsibility, while constantly looking for improvement activities within the team.In brief, you take ownership of:End to end portfolio and innovation roadmap delivery for our biggest and most strategic business across Continental Europe Region (Benelux, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Iberia, Italy)Sauces category (Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Condiments) represent our biggest bet to reach our Strategic Plan, being Heinz our top iconic brand to further developCross functional team management across the region (local BU and International team) and across functions (Marketing, Insights, Commercial, R&D, Finance, Operations)External marketing agencies and partners managementLead teamQualifications:Hard Skills and CapabilitiesAt least completed master’s degree in a field relevant to Commercial and/or MarketingCirca 10 years proven experience in a multinational organization within the FMCG industryPrevious experience with owning the strategic portfolio building approach, being actively involved in developing the future pipeline dealing with many team members from different functions.Demonstrated analytical capabilities, defining priorities and harmonizing/simplifying portfolio from strong data analysis.Strong proficiency in English is requiredProfessional AttributesCommunication Skills - People are easily be exposed to senior management, no matter their level. Therefore, it’s important to have excellent interpersonal skills, to take care of all kinds of different collaborators.Ability to Simplify - We like to keep it simple. And to implement fast.
