In this role, you will provide full administrative support to the global sales Data & Analytics team, as well as support management with reporting. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Excellence you will be responsible for a range of activities to help drive the business forward and help the team to achieve ambitious sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to support the sales effort of the Study Group. Key Responsibilities:● Responsible for providing support surrounding Salesforce CRM and ensuring data isclean and up to date and that streamlining processes are in place● Analysing data from different sources and identifying opportunities in the market and producing reports that identify areas of growth● Liaise as necessary with IT and Business stakeholders in order to promote Business-IT project success, including analytical projects● Reporting on sales efforts through a Salesforce dashboard, both at the regional level for the APAC team, and generating global reports for sales management and Study Group● Supporting the regional directors with their data and analytical needsKnowledge/Skills:● Able to manage workload and reach deadlines● Sound organisational skills● Ability to collaborate and show initiative● An eye for detail with the ability to deliver work to a high standard in tight deadlines● Demonstrable skills in sales, presentation, and proposal writing● Intermediate-Expert skills in MS toolsAbout Study GroupWe are a global pathway provider in International Education, working collaboratively with over 50 universities around the world, offering over 500 undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programmes.
