The Regional People Partner Lead is responsible for overseeing and guiding the local HR teams to effectively implement company policies and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of labor regulations and experience in managing human resources at a regional level. The Regional People Partner Lead will play a critical role in driving the overall success of the company's people strategy. Responsibilities Lead, manage, and support the local HR teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation of HR policies and practices. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals. Provide guidance and expertise on labor regulations, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related matters. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture across the region. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair, objective, and timely manner. Requirements Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a regional capacity. In-depth knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations within the region.
