Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:As the Associate Operations Manager, you hold a key role in coordinating and providing support to Indonesia order management customer service, Inventory & Demand Planning. Keeping day-to-day business running and achieving agreed KPIs by planning, monitoring inventory and influencing key decisions with reports/inventory flow planning.1. Back-End support for Order ManagementEngage with internal sales, marketing and operations stakeholders to secure seamless execution of order management.Track shipments and manage deviationsFollow Order Management rules and internal processesEnsure excellent launches / promo execution (on time, in right volume and assortment)Supervise internal Operations Team in mapping of shipment schedule.Drive and develop solutions with legislation/regulatory changes.Process mapping with KSO/Agencies/Distributors for continuous improvement and futureproof.2. Demand planningCollaborate closely with marketing teams to create highly reliable forecasts for new product launches and promotionsWork closely with multi-functional team to create an aligned and agreed theme and/or account level plans (flows)Identify opportunity to drive positive impact to operation activities and continuous improvement.Using historical data, drive benchmark analysis to suggest the correct forecast levels for key SKU’sDevelop SKU level forecast based on insights received from multi-functional teamsMonitor the BU’s operational performance and initiate corrective actions if necessary based on the findingsBe active participant of Operational process and facilitate key meetings together with BU DP team3. In-stocks & Inventory PlanningOversee the Customer Flow of Goods planning to optimise inventory metrics4. Employee Forum Support & Organise Offsite meetings and other social events where needed  (eg: Culture Team events /BU Days)Do you have what it takes? As a person you are a team-player, who thrives and contributes best in a team setting, however can also with little supervision work effectively independently.Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain is preferred5+ years of relevant experience within Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain OpsExperience using relevant SAP modules and are used to working with Excel (vlookup, pivot tables etc.)Fluent in communicating in English – written and verbalYou are a structured & collaborative person, with a flair for working in systems.You are customer focused.You have flexible approach when comes to changesYou have strong collaboration skills to elevate team efficiency and performance.You find motivation in building structure to optimize efficiency.You take initiative, recognize and act on opportunities for improvement.You pay attention to details, and have the ability to multitask and prioritizeSelf-starter with strong problem-solving skills.Advanced Excel & SAP knowledge is an advantageProject Management experience is a great advantageNo relocation assistance is offered for this position. #LI-JH1What’s in it for you?
