We employ over 60,000 people globally and no matter what our role is, no two days are ever the same.What will be your main function and you will collaboration with:Sales Executive’s role is to proactively manage customer relationships, manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals professionally in a way that maximizes KONE’s order book and profitability.Daily Responsibilities: Customer relationship managementProactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibilityIs accountable for developing KONE position in his/her customer base or market areaCreates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire sales teamEnsures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of KONE teamDocuments the customer and contact information, maintains customer dataSellProactively generates opportunities from outside current customer baseHandles QuotationIs accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targetsIs accountable for finding customer needs and that KONE’s solution matches with the needsIs responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within his/her authorityValidates that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcomeMaintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits (sales funnel management)Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRMResponsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors from the fieldSupports the finance function in money collection.Drives execution of her/his individual sales planRequirements: Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from any major. Have experiences 4-5 years in same position at multinational company.Having high commitment to achieve the targets.Value of sales funnel, opportunity-to-order hit rate and win ratesCustomer feedback, customer satisfaction and loyalty (net promoter index)Contribution to team result (sharing leads, opportunities, working in account teams)Builds and maintains strong relationships and customers networksCommunicates with confidence and clarityStrong written and verbal communication in English.Placement: Jakarta.Read more on
