Job Desc Delivering and Supervising FO Talent Strategy & Management - Business efforts and initiatives that directly/indirectly connect with Business Initiatives  Partnering with FO Talent Strategy Management Lead and acting as thinking partner & project management office Supervising FO Talent Strategy Management Officer Requirements Having the experience of handling Field Team in FInancial Institution (banks, fintech, multifinance) Familiarities in creating HR Projects / HR framework. (Develop - Present - Implement) Good understanding  on Financial Institution Business Flow 3-4 years collective experience within similar industries / role 3-4 years collective experience within Talent Management Function Experienced in leading Projects as Project PMO / Project Leader / Project Supervisor
