Your "eagle eye" attention to detail and love for systems will come in handy as you plan, create, and publish content on our social media channels. You use your marketing expertise, strategic storytelling and market research to create a presence that leads to meaningful results - more revenue, broader reach and significant growth.  You love learning everything you can about our brand and dig into the customer experience, so even more clients tell us how human, personal and thoughtful our emails and captions are.  Put simply, you live and breathe digital marketing. YOU'LL BE DOING Social Media Management: Consider social media platforms your playground! You'll manage our accounts on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. Add LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok or YouTube if that excites you. Supported by the Visuals Team, you develop and plan captivating content, and schedule and publish daily stories, reels, posts and pins. You stay on top of the latest social media trends and platforms and keep an eye on what works. Your mission is to build a strong online presence and forge meaningful connections with our audience.  Indonesian Marketing Expansion: You’ll help Gardens of the Sun understand and penetrate the Indonesian market. We’re quite new here, and it’s up to you to help us arrive with a bang.  Showroom Promotion: This year, we plan to open a showroom. You’ll be networking with relevant media partners to spread the word, and make sure that Gardens of the Sun is mentioned in guides like The Punch and Bali Buddies.  Partnerships and Influencer Collaborations: You help create and maintain partnerships with banks, airlines, other brands and influencers to cross-sell and promote the Gardens of the Sun brand.  Track Online Presence and Performance: You'll keep a close eye on our social media presence, crunching numbers and analyzing data to create reports that provide insights and help us make smarter decisions.  Your tasks may change over time as you become more experienced and grow with PT Ethical Jewelry and Goods.  Requirements YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF Planning is your middle name and you always stay ahead of the game, making sure our content calendar is organized and ready to go. You’re always up-to-date with the latest social media trends and features, and know how to use them to your advantage. You have a genuine interest in people and in connecting with them in a variety of ways. You are a self-starter, ready to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the task done, and will communicate and collaborate to achieve your to-do list. You find satisfaction in simplifying systems, processes, and communication flow wherever possible. You love to work with a team to come up with content ideas and schedule them in advance, making sure to mix up the formats and themes to keep things fresh.
