As their partner, we assist them in finding a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders, including brands, influencers, media outlets, and other agenciesDevelop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and expand our agency's networkCollaborate with internal teams, such as business development, marketing, and creative, to align partnership initiatives with overall business objectivesConduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitorsNegotiate partnership agreements, including terms, deliverables, and performance metrics, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term successBuild and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering ongoing collaboration and communicationTrack and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and partnersStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new partnership models to continuously innovate and enhance partnership strategiesRequirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, preferably in the creative or marketing industryProven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnershipsStrong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with internal and external teamsStrong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscapeResults-oriented mindset, with the ability to set and achieve partnership goals and metricsStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple partnerships and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
