We are now searching for a AR Specialist , a detail-oriented accounting and tax professional to join our team in Finance and Accounting. The mission of the role of AR Specialist is to perform and ensure the proper recording of all accounting and financial data on a monthly and periodic basis; ensuring the preparation and recording of sales invoicing, all transactions underlying the financial statements; preparation of financial statements; tax calculation, recording, reporting and payment; accounts receivable analysis, follow-up and collection; withholding tax documentation (bukti potong) management; assisting in annual audit The role is based in Jakarta and reports directly to the Accounting Supervisor. Job Responsibilities: - Prepare and post accounting journals, including journal vouchers and support documentation. - Reconcile bank accounts to the general ledger and maintain asset records. - Deliver monthly internal bank reports and daily bank payment summaries. - Manage invoicing and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely collections. - Calculate and prepare tax amounts owed, including VAT and other taxes, and submit related documentation. - Assist with management reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow. - Collaborate with supervisors and teams on financial, accounting, and tax matters. - Maintain relationships with clients and assist with non-accounting tasks as needed. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting - Certified Tax Brevet A and B - Minimum 3 years' experience in Finance and Tax Officer/Staff role - Proficient in accounting/finance applications (e.g., Jurnal.id, Accurate) - Able to analyze financial statements (AR aging, collection report) and tax information - Technical knowledge of Indonesia tax regulations including Articles 23 (WHT), 26, and VAT (PPN) - Competent in bank reconciliations, journal entries, client invoices, and accounts receivable follow up, collection and negotiation - Strong Excel and Word proficiency - Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written) mandatory; English preferred If you meet these requirements and if you are looking for a new, exciting opportunity within a successful, growing company, then this role is for you!
