PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a joint-venture insurance company and a part of FWD Group, previously known as PT Commonwealth Life, has successfully merged with PT FWD Life Indonesia (“FWD Life”) as of 1 December 2020 and will be known as FWD Insurance.The merger of FWD Life and FWD Insurance has led to a more comprehensive range of products, including unit-linked insurance, individual & group term life insurance, individual & group personal accident insurance, and group medical insurance through technology driven-distributions such as agency, bancassurance, e-commerce, and corporate.FWD Insurance is registered and supervised under Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”).FWD Insurance is a member of Indonesia Financial Services Alternative Dispute Resolution Center.To ensure the journal entries (including investment) has been recorded accurately, timely, properly recorded and to ensure the reconciliation Statutory and IFRS17 report has been reconciled accurately and timelyAccounting Reporting Supervisor will be responsible to prepare financial and Management reporting to Group Finance, in order to support company performance in the financial report, Responsible consolidation Management reporting, Responsible to Prepare Journal entries (including Investment and Reconciliation Investment account related).This person accountable:Responsible in maintaining subledgers (including investment related) and ensuring the detail accounting records are accurate, timely, properly recorded and classified in OraclePreparing journal entries (including investment related) and ensure all transactions recorded accurately, timely and properly classifiedPreparing Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation and listing and ensure all balance appropriate with balance in Trial BalancePreparing Bank Reconciliation and ensure all the transactions are properly reconciledPreparing and submit monthly,quarterly and annually reports to meet with the regulator's request and IFRS17
