About Our Client: Our client is a leading multinational retail sports company, known for its commitment to delivering top-quality sports products and an exceptional customer experience.  The primary purpose of this role is to achieve budgetary targets in alignment with the company's strategic direction. This entails ensuring brand visibility across all channels and expanding business within the designated area. Job Description: Lead and drive sales efforts within assigned Key Accounts. Segment key customers according to the AP (Area Plan) blueprint. Allocate resources (time, personnel) based on financial objectives and segmentation framework. Define parameters such as number of visits, visual merchandising (VM) support, and order intake modalities. Identify and develop new business opportunities within key segments. Support the development and implementation of Key Excellence Management. Utilize available selling tools and technologies such as Digital Catalogue and B2B Ordering tools. Coordinate seasonal sell-in process and Go-to-Market activities. Manage seasonal sell-in process and Go-to-Market activities. Ensure compliance with distribution policies and brand initiatives. Deliver seasonal sell-in targets for assigned accounts. Achieve seasonal sell-in targets for assigned accounts. Agree with accounts on expected KPIs and sell-through targets. Monitor progress and seek continuous re-order opportunities. Forecast, track, and report quantitative and qualitative performance metrics on Key Account Performance. Monitor and report on customer and competitor performance, market share, and ROI on key activities. Execute trade promotion programs. Monitor and analyze performance. Create program reports. Key Performance Indicators (KPI):  Achieve budget. Report monthly/quarterly/year-end based on scheduled timeline with commentary. Brand visibility. Expansion; store addition. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) At least 5 years of experience in a middle-level Key Account position. Proficient in English. Background in Retail and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods). Good analytical thinking/problem solving & business orientation.
