About the TeamCategory Partner Lead serves as the business leader responsible for building the foundation for one of the categories for TikTok in Indonesia. This person will develop the go-to-market strategy, prioritize key initiatives, and build and lead a talented category team to expand our partnership with creators and partners.We are looking for someone who is curious, agile, exemplifies the growth mindset, and is unafraid to deal with ambiguity and solve novel problems. We are also looking for someone who is passionate about people's development, creating a strong team culture, and leading high-performing teams. Responsibilities- Lead the development of TikTok's creator community ecosystem in Indonesia. Provide insights, understanding, and leadership in addressing challenges and opportunities within Indonesia's creator community.- Assume a cross-functional leadership role in defining business objectives, formulating strategies, and creating implementation plans. Drive alignment among Marketing, GR, PR, Product, Sales, and other domestic/global cross-functional teams.- Identify market requirements and spearhead the introduction of necessary products and features to ensure the success of creators and partners based on close collaboration with the product team.- Supervise day-to-day operations and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including creators and affiliated partners.- Take charge of assessing, measuring, and analyzing the overall performance of the creator community against key metrics. Additionally, optimize operational workflows and processes.- Develop and execute a strategy for creator education and creator amplification. Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 8 - 10 years of experience in the media, content, social media, internet industries and business development/partnerships.- Experience in cross-functional project management.- Ability to make data-driven decisions, build robust strategies, and forecast trends based on strong data analytics skills.- Ability to speak and write in English. Preferred Qualifications- Experience in people management and platform ecosystem building, including creator/partner/influencer/media development, agency and product launch.- Knowledge of digital media, social networks, creator and influencer business in Indonesia- Ability to interpret legal documents and work with attorneys to discuss complete agreements- Ability to foster an inclusive environment supporting diversity initiatives across teams, and operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, collaborative environment.- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
