Aon is currently recruiting for a Broking Support position to join our Reinsurance Solutions team in Jakarta, Indonesia.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeSupporting brokers on daily, renewal and during tender preparation that included corresponding to reinsurers, clients and internal stakeholders.Input into GRIDs system and e-filing after closing one round of treaty/facultative renewalPreparing required documents such as: infopack, draft slips, quote sheets, market placement sheets and special acceptances.Developing networking within the insurance market by daily activities participations, attending market seminars or similar events, and getting to know the intended persons to certain tasks. This includes communication the reinsurers on daily basis for completion of one round of renewal.Preparing some analysis on submitted data, market and external data.Raising internal approvals and requests (analytic, compliance, TAG, CSD, etc.) for the benefit of their accounts.Please note this is a temporary position. Skills and experience that will lead to successFresh graduates are welcome to applyProficient in MS Office especially MS ExcelFamiliar working with numbersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to work with all levels within an organization and business partners (active listening, purposeful communication & flexibility) with a good command of the English languageAble to prioritize and organize work with good time management skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and efficientlyAbility to deliver under pressure in a high intensity and fast paced multinational environmentHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
