Responsibilities :Represent MCGL for project progress, achievements and lessons learned through participation in relevant technical advisory/working groups and professional forums both within and outside IndonesiaDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with USAID, Ministry of Health, key representatives of other USAID-/donor-funded health programs and other key stakeholders in Indonesia to maximize resources and leverage synergies around PHC issues and programs Required Qualifications Advanced degree in public health, health administration, or related fieldAt least 10 years of mid- to senior-level experience implementing and managing complex donor-funded public health programsExperience working on health programming and working with health facilities in IndonesiaExcellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environmentAbility to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and pressure to performExcellent written and oral presentation skills, including report writing and disseminationWritten and oral fluency in English in BahasaAbility to travel within/outside Indonesia up to 50%Jhpiego offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive employee benefits package.Please apply at /careers
