Short Intro and About the Job The role, in liaison with Head of PRGM, aims to optimize business top & bottom line, with focus across promotional, pricing, and trade investment.Main responsibilities:This roles will be responsible for in-depth analysis and strategy crafting for Promotion - one of the critical value chain behind related commercial activities. With a strategy in place, this role translates the promotion strategy into guidelines & tools for CCD-Sales Team that reflect our understanding on consumer, shoppers, and customers to support business growth profitably.Promotion strategy and planning: Provide analysis of promotional mix by channel, promo uplift simulation & monitoring, volume/value margin, promotional mix.Provide comprehensive analysis related to topline portfolio management: portfolio & channel mix, investment corridor, price strategy, promo strategy & planning, trade terms, and total cost to serve (Trade Cost). Internal Interfaces: PRGM Team, Sales Team (CCD), Marketing Teams (Incl. S&I Team), Topline Finance and Topline Sales About You Past Experiences of Minimum 2-4 years of related working experience in multinational company, preferably in Sales Finance and Trade Marketing. Strong understanding in corporate finance & sales controllingStrong analytical thinkingExcellent interpersonal & influencing skillsHigh attention to details & accuracyEnglish Fluent About Us, We offer and What's next
