The ideal candidate will bring a depth of experience in HR system analysis, with a particular focus on recruitment processes, and a proven track record in improving HR technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves working closely with HR and IT departments to analyze, design, and implement HR recruitment systems that meet our business needs.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive analysis of our current HR recruitment systems to identify areas for improvement or enhancement.</li> <li>Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, challenges, and objectives to ensure the HR system aligns with business goals.</li> <li>Lead the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) for recruitment systems, including planning, analysis, design, testing, and reporting, to ensure system reliability and efficiency.</li> <li>Apply appropriate software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to manage system enhancements or implementations effectively.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into clear and detailed system specifications for the IT development team.</li> <li>Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, management, and end-users to ensure the recruitment system meets all stakeholder requirements.</li> <li>Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and recruitment trends to recommend system improvements or innovations.</li> <li>Perform data analysis to assess system performance and make recommendations for enhancements.</li> <li>Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R for in-depth analysis.</li> <li>Develop and manage reports related to recruitment system performance, providing insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.</li> <li>Use project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira and Trello, to track project progress and ensure timely delivery of system improvements.</li> </ul> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR system analysis, with a focus on recruitment systems.</li> <li>Experienced in job marketplace or recruitment system company is highly preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>In-depth understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including planning, analysis, design, testing, and reporting.</li> <li>Proficiency in relevant software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, tailored to HR systems.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of business requirements analysis with the ability to translate these into detailed system specifications.</li> <li>Effective collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and end-users.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with common HR System platforms and technologies.</li> <li>Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and/or R.</li> <li>Ability to develop and manage recruitment system performance reports.</li> <li>Skilled in using project management and collaboration software like Jira and Trello.</li> </ul>
