Be the primary point of contact for these issues and work closely with HR Business Partners and managers to provide coaching, support, and advice.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's overall HR strategy and objectives while considering the unique requirements and dynamics of the Indonesia marketExecute HR programs and coaching managers on HR processes, including interpretation of local requirements.
