As the Assistant Director of Finance, you will work closely with the Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies and objectives to support the organization's goals and objectives. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights. Lead and develop finance team members, including coaching and performance management. Coordinate and liaise with auditors and tax consultants. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar position. Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in Sun System, Material Control System, or SAP. Working knowledge of OPERA PMS and Symphony POS system. Proficient in advanced Excel is a must. Hands-on knowledge of Tax Accounting. Proven track in strong Accounting operational and analytical skill. Good command of English in both verbal and written. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
