The Job As a Channel Partnership Manager at VIDA Digital Identity, you will be responsible for: Leading the execution of channel partnerships and routes-to-market for our Indonesia channel strategy. You will work with a diverse range of partners, including consulting partners, system integrators, services partners, value-added distributors, and independent software vendors. Your role will involve setting a clear go-to-market strategy, recruiting and developing partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure joint success. Responsibilities : Lead the execution of channel partnership strategies for the Indonesian market. Develop and manage relationships with consulting partners, system integrators, service partners, value-added distributors, independent software vendors, and other channel partners. Set clear go-to-market strategies and execution plans for strategic partners, focusing on top industry and segment scenarios. Understand VIDA’s business value proposition, commercial structure, and technical solutions to effectively recruit and develop partners. Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Solution Architect, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure joint success. Identify key stakeholders and build deep relationships within the partner ecosystem to achieve team targets and OKRs. Support the achievement of team OKRs, including partner recruitment and enablement, co-marketing, partner-sourced pipeline, new logos acquired, revenue resold, and influence. Assist leadership in business reviews and sales forecasts, including weekly business reviews, quarterly business reviews, and annual business planning. Identify gaps in the partner ecosystem by industry and prioritize recruitment and go-to-market strategies accordingly. Contribute to the design and implementation of internal and external programs, co-marketing initiatives, partner management, sales pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews, and partner joint business planning. Uphold and demonstrate VIDA tribe values both internally and externally The Profile You have a total of 3-5 years of relevant working experience, particularly with consulting partners, system integrators, OEMs, value-added resellers, or independent software vendor channels. You possess minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in the enterprise technology industry, with a strong track record in sales and revenue forecasting. You have proven experience in partner development, with a focus on seeding and growing software partner businesses in Indonesia. You have experience working with sales and cross-functional teams to drive and build the partner ecosystem. You are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives. You demonstrated success in developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships. You have working knowledge of identity services, SaaS, PaaS, and aPaaS markets. You have experience in creating and building differentiated relationships with reseller and technology partners.
