Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team. As a Legal Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal operations by assisting in various legal tasks and responsibilities. Your duties will include drafting and reviewing legal documents (excluding contracts), assisting in dispute resolution processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, contributing to policy development, conducting legal research, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams. Additionally, you will assist in translation and proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards.Responsibilities:- Draft and review legal documents (excluding contracts).- Assist in resolving legal disputes and participate in settlement discussions.- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.- Contribute to the development and revision of internal policies and procedures.- Conduct legal research to stay informed about laws, regulations, and legal precedents.- Prepare reports and collaborate with internal teams to collect, verify, and organize data for reporting purposes.- Collaborate with sworn translators and proofread translated documents for accuracy and adherence to legal standards.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in law.- 3-5 years of legal experience (experience in litigation is a plus).- Skills in legal research, litigation, attention to detail, and a good understanding of relevant laws and regulations.- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.If you meet these qualifications and are eager to contribute to our legal team, we encourage you to apply for the position of Legal Executive.
