Roles and responsibilities: Support the Input Procurement to establish contacts and develop relationship in the region in terms of administrational needs Supporting the Procurement department for any kinds of documentations & administrations needs Doing archiving for documents for Procurement needs Create procurement activity reports for data recap needs Maintain the quality of accurate reports Requirements: Bachelor / diploma degree in business management, engineering, administration, or any related field. 1-2 years of experience as procurement admin. Able to communicate using English (spoken & written). Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Ms. Excel and Google Sheets. Attentive to details. Willing to be placed in Surabaya
