Description About the RoleThe Category Customer Analystis responsible forsupporting the Category Customer Manager in developing retailer-tailored strategies that support the delivery of our company’s targets. As part of the ANZ Commercial Strategy team, this role will be thepoint of contact for Account Managers for relevant categories and will support the Category Customer Manager to effectively communicate category plans to the Execution teams.Key Responsibilities:Delivery of Annual Operating PlanIdentifyrisks, develop and monitor retailer-oriented plans through cross-functional initiatives.Communicate category strategy and assumptions, engaging sales, marketing and demand planning teams.Development of category-specific retailer strategiesWork with sales on bottom-up customer planning, including customer segmentation, shelf relay opportunities, ranging gaps and promotional activation.Innovation (NPD) selling story and assumptions.Define customer target setting for new product launches, including distribution, cost price and margin assumptions.About You2+ years of working experience in Category Management and Shopper insights, Key Account Management or Sales related function.
