Responsibilities Lead improvement in process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory accurancy and delivery.Develop and implement advanced process and SMT methodelogies.Perform defect and failure analysis for surface mount Technology (SMT)Sollve the process problema quickly and effeciently.Able to program SMT Machine Yamaha, AOI, VitRox, Koh Young SPIReflow ProfilingPerform Line tidy up and 6SUphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and ConductIt is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problemDuties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications Min.Diploma/Bachelor DegreeFamiliar with SMT machines operation and maintenanceFamiliar with SMT component typesAble to finetune SMT machine to get good quality.Able work with team to fix production issue.Able to communicate with superior to escalate that problem can’t settle and get support.Able to work rolling 3 shifts.Strict attention to detail.
