Reporting to the Head of Laboratory Solutions, Emerging ASEAN, you are responsible to drive revenue growth through strategic sales management and effective marketing initiatives in Indonesia for Laboratory Solutions product portfolio. The role will be responsible for leading the sales team and business partners in Indonesia in implementing sales & marketing strategies and to achieve defined commercial targets and maximize business impact.Your mission and responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement a cohesive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.Provide strategic direction to the sales teams to ensure consistent and effective execution of sales plans.Collaborate with regional marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and promotional activities across all channels.Sales Team ManagementLead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement.Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities.Oversee sales teams, setting targets, and ensuring they meet or exceed sales goals.Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Business Partners ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring full compliance of commercial agreement.Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, drive mutual growth, and resolve any channel-related issues.Market Analysis and ForecastingMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.Conduct regular market analysis and forecasting to adapt sales strategies accordingly.Provide feedback to the leadership team regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.Revenue GrowthDrive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and maximizing customer value.Implement effective pricing strategies and promotional activities to stimulate sales.Provides funnel information via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for forecasts and planning, ensuring data quality and accuracy of opportunity pipeline.Budget ManagementDevelop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.Monitor and control expenses to achieve marketing and sales objectives within budgetary constraints.Customer Relationship ManagementDirectly and proactively manages relationships with Key Customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) alongside our Business Partners to build and maintain a sound market related network of stakeholders.To find out more about the specific business, have a look at Your qualifications and experiences:Degree in Biomedical/ Clinical Pathology/ Lab Medicine/ Life Sciences or equivalent.Minimum 8 years of experience in sales/ management role, managing business partners and able to demonstrate successful track record, preferably in lab diagnostics market.Strong understanding of the sales process, market dynamics and marketing principles.Your personality and skills:Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.Able to build sound working relationships internally, with Business Partners and Customers to ensure success in this role.Possess excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship building skills.Fluent in English, written and spoken.Our global team:We are a team of 71,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
