Job ScopeTo support multiple departments across the business,Opportunity to get first hand exposure in HR field.Opportunity to get exposure in a fast paced internet company and culture. Responsibilities Support the local HR head for operational tasks including payroll and benefits administration.Support the team in administrative matters including Purchasing, Insurance and General AffairsSupport to ensure compliance to employee related policies and procedures, including internal and external audit.Work closely with the TA team to ensure proper onboarding of employees including contracts preparation.To support in development and revision of policies and employee related documents.Ensure data accuracy for internal HRIS.Support employee engagement programs.Performs special projects as needed on an on-going basis Requirements Studying Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or BusinessVery good English speaking and writing.Smart and proactive in nature.Knowledge of analytics or Microsoft excel is a plusA problem solver with a positive attitude and mindset.Experience in employee relations and talent management preferred
