Populix has an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Campaign Lead to join their expanding marketing team. As Partnership Campaign Lead, you will be the driving force behind successful marketing campaigns for our valued partners. You'll craft and execute strategic campaigns, oversee content creation, and ensure partner satisfaction through effective communication.   What will you do: Organize and oversee comprehensive campaign strategies for our partners, aligning with their objectives and target audience. Oversee the creation of all the content, including written, visual, and multimedia elements. This involves generating ideas, writing briefs, and collaborating with other teams. Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms, ensuring partner’s content is delivered consistently and effectively. Monitor campaign performance metrics and data to make data-driven adjustments and report. Ensure all content and materials meet quality standards, align with brand guidelines, and adhere to partners requirements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and analysts, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.   What you will need: Experienced in campaign marketing or related roles. Proficiency in handling all aspects related to content creation and management; including writing, graphics, and multimedia content. Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to develop creative and effective campaign strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and interact professionally with partners and team members.
