Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Multinational Consumer Electronics Company. Our client is seeking for Head of Product Marketing. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.As the Head of Product Marketing, you will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of product category plans across all areas. Your responsibilities include justifying new product development investments, defining product requirements, forecasting sales, setting pricing, and introducing new products to the market. Additionally, you will manage key account relationships and oversee large-scale projects.Responsibilities:Formulating Marketing Strategies: Develop long-term marketing strategies for all product categories, focusing on clear positioning, differentiation tactics, and cost-effective marketing mixes tailored to each product's potential demand.Securing Product Support: Engage with the sales force and dealers to garner support for products, coordinating with regional teams on product enhancements and deliveries.Conducting Data Gathering and Research Analyses: Conduct competitor and customer studies to identify strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and reaction patterns. Design and implement competitive intelligence systems to inform strategic decision-making.Planning Sales: Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and sales plans for all product categories, monitoring purchase, sales, and inventory metrics. Accountable for achieving sales volume, contribution margin, and market share targets across categories.Providing Training: Develop training materials and provide product knowledge to trade marketing, sales, and consumers across all categories.Facilitating Communication: Maintain strong communication with regional management and product managers across all categories.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management; an MBA is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in integrated marketing communication program development and implementation, with at least 2 years in a product management role.Proficiency in P&L understanding.Strong communication skills in both English and the local language.Experience in product/solution lifecycle management.Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including Regional Product Managers, Project Managers, Finance, Business Development, and Supply Chain teams.Proficient in driving strategic choices to develop the marketing mix, with program management skills.Capable of building alignment across multiple organizations and working with global teams.Confident interaction with senior management.Core Competencies:Proactive and reactive: You work efficiently and flexibly to achieve results.Detail-oriented: You interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful information for decision-making.Relationship building: You build trust and communicate effectively with colleagues and across functions, managing changing priorities with ease.Consumer-centric: You prioritize the needs of consumers and customers, encouraging cross-collaboration and utilizing diversity for open feedback.Adaptability: You can manage changing priorities with ease.
