Job Description: Scope of PositionThe Product and Service Catalog Specialist is responsible for leading the Product and Service Product Service Lines (PSL) to represent Infra and Digital Workplace Domain in front of other Airbus Functions.The objective is to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our IT product and service catalog. This role is critical in ensuring that our offerings are clearly defined, easily accessible, and aligned with the needs of our organization and customers.Reporting to the HO Infrastructure and Digital Workplace, the role will drive the product life cycle and inventory of all services/products for the team. The Product and Service Catalog Manager will also be responsible to align with global product owners Key ResponsibilitiesCatalog Development:Develop and maintain a comprehensive catalog of IT products and services, including detailed descriptions, features, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs)Catalog Optimization:Continuously review and update the catalog to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and market research.Establish and enforce standards and guidelines for catalog content, format, and presentation to ensure consistency and clarity across all offeringsLifecycle Management:Manage the lifecycle of IT products and services, including introduction, maintenance, retirement, and replacement, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Inventories IM list of global products and services. Track ongoing enhancements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational objectives.Gather customer feedback, and analyze data to inform product roadmap and development priorities.Work closely with Central and APAC product teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and oversee successful product releases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment between the catalog and organizational goals and strategies.User Experience:Ensure that the catalog is user-friendly and accessible, implementing features such as search functionality, filtering options, and user guides to enhance the browsing and selection experience.Develop training materials and documentation to educate end users, internal stakeholders and support staff, on the catalog offerings and updates.Performance Monitoring:Monitor and analyze catalog performance metrics, such as product adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.Contribute and collaborate within D&IM domains, and other internal stakeholders to translate opportunities and challenges into innovative technology solutions for our Digital Workplace.Identify problems through the review and focus on optimizing processManage/coordinate projects and initiatives assigned.Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be the exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models andCode Of Conduct.Min Requirement, Background & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.5-10 years experience in IT ManagementExcellent stakeholder management & communication skillsProven experience in IT product management, service management, or catalog management, preferably in a technology-driven organization.Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and managed services, and their respective lifecycles.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in catalog content and presentation.Familiarity with catalog management tools and technologiesStrong understanding of ITIL framework, agile methodologies, and product management principles.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN.
