We are currently seeking an Administration & HR Support Officer to join our team. As an Administration & HR Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations and providing support to our HR department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and develop your skills in administration and HR. Responsibilities 1. Petty Cash Management & Purchasing: Oversee petty cash expenditure, allocating expenses among different departments as necessary; Monitor and reconcile petty cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies; Prepare detailed monthly reports on petty cash expenditures; Manage purchasing activities, including office supplies, equipment, furniture, and other necessary goods; Process monthly utility and insurance premium payments, and liaise with vendors for procurement needs; To control Hotel unpaid invoices and following up on payments by contacting the PIC of the hotel and generating reports; Assist with various tax processes of the Indonesian office. 2. Employee Benefits Administration: Maintain and update employee records for BPJSTK, BPJS Kesehatan, and Medical Insurance; Register new employees with relevant benefits providers and ensure timely payments; Organize monthly payments for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan, and annual payments for Medical Insurance. 3. Administrative Support: Review the business trip proposal and its compliance with company policies and assist with the business trip preparation/process; Review and process reimbursement submissions for business trips and other activities; Maintain and update the Indonesia database as necessary.  4. HR Supports: Coordinate creating and delivering Welcome Packs for new employees, including vendor research, negotiation, and budget management; Keep the welcome pack database updated with relevant information; Assist the Indonesian office and HR department with other requested tasks related to Indonesian operations and HR projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Knowledge of Indonesian labor law, tax, and regulations is a plus; 1+ year of proven experience in Office Management or HR Support roles; Proficiency in English and native in Bahasa Indonesia; Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; Desire to develop and improve your skills on an ongoing basis, attentiveness, responsibility, passion for work; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Willingness to work full-time from Monday to Friday in the office; Based in Bali.
