Job Description THE ROLEThe Senior Account Executive provides day-to-day support/services to assigned clients. The incumbent is responsible for delivering quality materials on time and on budget. The social brand Executive supports and collaborates with team members on tactical and strategic aspects of the account.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned task.Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects/ campaigns.Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.Participate in planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns.Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendor and internal team on the status of projectsWhen establishing and executing advertising strategy, provide assistance and present ideasAssist in preparing Ad brief through client’s accordance and data analysisAssist various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand/marketing communication strategy, market trends & competitor’s trend/analysisQualificationsMin. 2 years experience in advertising agencyExperience handling digital client(s) is a bonusPositive, can-do attitude throughout all tasks big and smallSelf-started and inquisitive demeanorOrganized, extremely detail-oriented, and thoroughAbility to multitask across projectsUnderstands how to prioritize & coordinate tasks across multiple projectsMeeting preparedness and ability to troubleshoot issues effectivelyEager to learn & take on new responsibilities; looks for opportunities to support team and business wherever possibleProactively seeks out solutions to problems, however knows when to ask for help/guidance
