We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing the staff, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints Assist with scheduling and managing labor costs Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service Requirements Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in supervisory level in Bars & Restaurants. Strong food and beverage service skills Effective communications and interpersonal skills, ability to convey information to others at all level of organization both verbally and in writing English proficiency is necessary Effective leadership skills, open minded, problem solver and proven middle management managerial skills Having hands-on experience in training and development in a fast pace working environment in hospitality industry with international exposure being an advantage
