Responsibilities:Have a good knowledge in business process, focus customer approach, and solution thinking strategy.Build, establish, and maintain a long-term relationship with Honeywell strategic account/customer based on trust, respect and value.Demonstrate solution thinking approach to build comprehensive proposal solution to strategic account/customer with Honeywell Building products portfolios.Develop and maintain positive working relationship between Honeywell business partners and Strategic Account/Customer.Maintaining sales quota to ensure strategic account/customer continue to order products/solutions of Honeywell Building products portfolios.Good interaction and communication between internal Honeywell teams (cross function) and external Honeywell teams to ensure business process done rightfully and efficiently.Key Experience & Capabilities:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: A minimum of 4 years of sales experience (Account Management and Business Development), preferably within related industry/ business.We ValueSome experience in Building Automation/ Building Management System/ Fire and SecuritySales experience and business acumenNegotiation and customer service experienceConvey information with ease, engage audiencesAbility to learn quickly and Identify patterns in problemsUrgency to drive issues to closureDeliver on complex problems without guidanceMake timely decisions in face of complexityAbout UsThe world is changing.
