They have been in business for over 40 years and have built a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, increase store profitability, and drive business growth.Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, such as sales figures, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.Provide guidance and support to store managers and staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards across all stores.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract and retain customers.Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure consistent adherence to operational standards.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.Manage store budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Qualifications:Male/female, maximum 40 years old.Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in the jewelry and gold retail sector.Possess strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills to drive operational excellence.Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.High integrity, ethics, and loyalty to the company and customers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, both orally and in writing.Target-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales and business objectives.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
