Responsibilities: To develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve targeted revenue and growth. Develop new businesses for all product range. To own, monitor & drive all sales activities of new, existing and assigned customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified & nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable & sustainable customer deals. Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives. Developing and leveraging on company’s branding and professional profile. Retention of accounts through customer service excellence. Gathering and sharing of market intelligence. Ensure timely response from client queries and RFQ’s. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent. At least 4-year(s) sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics. Relevant job knowledge and experience, including ocean & air, both import and export. Willing to work in Jakarta or Surabaya
