Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:Team Management- Manage and develop a team of 3+ client solutions managers to deliver results against set goals- Invest in team culture & people development. Coach the team on both industry know-how and necessary skillsets to succeed their career growth Client Success- Create and own playbooks to drive further growth for key advertisers- Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and, at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings- Work to manage custom programs or sponsorships with other departments internally and lead custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered on time- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow the existing business partnership- Proactively lead product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on TikTok’s new and existing products, and advise on best practices to drive optimal performance and groundbreaking campaigns Cross-functional Collaboration:- Work directly with product & engineering to drive for the right product built for your advertisers- Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch- In collaboration with the sales team, conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients - 6+ years of work experience in digital marketing, product, consulting, communications, or internet technology, with 2+ years of experience managing direct reports- Strong knowledge & experience in eCommerce business; strategizing, planning, managing performance (App and Web) and branding campaigns- Solid knowledge & experience in digital marketing channels, campaign optimization, and major tools (GA, Appsflyer, Adjust).- Skilled in tracking, attribution and measurement logic; solving complex problems with data; Demonstrates strategic thinking with a proven history of enhancing business performance.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adaptable team player thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. - Highly organized, confident, and self-motivated with proficiency in English and Bahasa; adept at supporting junior team members and engaging with C-suite staff.
